A. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Frames, mugs, and home goods must be returned without scratches, dents, or signs of wear.

B. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items (engraving, printed photos, monograms).
  • Sale or discounted items unless damaged on arrival.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

C. Return Window & Conditions

  • Customer must raise the return request within 48 hours of receiving the product if damaged.
  • Quality check is mandatory before approving return/refund.

D. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued within 5–7 working days after QC approval.
  • Refund mode: Original payment method only.
  • If QC fails, the product will be returned back to the customer at their cost.

E. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges allowed for the same product subject to availability.
  • If unavailable, store credit can be provided.

F. Damaged / Defective Products

  • Customer must provide clear photos/videos of damage within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Full refund or replacement will be offered after verification.

G. Process for Initiating Returns

  • Step 1: Customer fills out a Return Request Form (website team to embed).
  • Step 2: Upload media (images/videos).
  • Step 3: Team validates and arranges reverse pickup (if applicable).
  • Step 4: QC process → refund/exchange.

H. Shipping Costs

If product was shipped incorrectly/damaged by brand → free return shipping.

Reverse pickup charges may apply (brand can decide case-by-case).
